Our Mission

Our mission is to instill skills within students and educators that will empower them to lead their generation with confidence, determination, and compassion.  We aid the development of young men and women to have active and creative minds, a sense of understanding and compassion for others, to overcome adversity, and the courage to act upon their beliefs. We strive to bring out the dynamic leadership skills in individual and allow them to be respectful, benevolent citizens. 

Biography

Brodie Kaster grew up in the small town of Ramona, California.  He was Associated Student Body President of his high school and serviced as San Diego/Imperial County Director for the California Association of Student Leaders for two years. He continued his education at the University of California, San Diego, where he pursued passion for education by receiving his Bachoer’s degree in Mathematics for Secondary Education.  After continuing his degree, he found himself at Francis Parker School where he taught Mathematics and Physics for four years. 

Brodie began speaking at a young age in high school and continued to enhance his skills as he grew. While at the UC San Diego he traveled all over to inspire thousands of students. Conferences he has spoken at include: CASL Annual State Conferences, CADA Annual State Conferences, FBLA State Conferences, MASC Regional Conference, LEAD Annual Conferences, Ignite 2014, Friday Night Live Annual Youth Development Institutes, Youth Groups, Graduation Ceremonies, Leadership Development Retreats, and many more.

Brodie has a passion for helping others. His high energy and enthusiastic outlook keeps student engaged and wanting more. He connects with his audience quickly and captures them in the moment. Through his speeches students have been inspired to make positive movements within their schools, communities, and even states!

A unique aspect about Brodie is he is not only a speaker but a Professional Ballroom Dancer as well. He developed his dancing career in college and was featured with UC San Diego on the ABC’s Dancing With The Stars and currently competes around the nation.

Brodie brings in his passion for dance, speaking prowess, and enthusiasm to create an experience that will awe and amaze, inspire and enthuse, and encourage and motivate.
